The issue in GetHuman-yvance's own words
Our Fed-X driver does not deliver packages to us. We have NOT been informed the reason why or that the packages have been: a) sent back to where they originally were shipped from, b) being held at a facility ** miles from our house, c) that WE needed to come get them. **Included in these NON-delivered packages were essential medical supplies, food for our household, and expensive custom orders for our home which were all time sensitive. *I need an explanation, an apology, have the delivery person transferred or fired. I prefer all.
GetHuman-yvance did not yet indicate what FedEx should do to make this right.
