To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

I can't find my daughter's facebook account. SOMEONE STOLE HER ACCOUNT. We can't reach anyone for help. They hijacked the account and then changed her e-mail address at least once...maybe more. When she tries to get help from Facebook it does not come in to her e-mail address on file. She has had this account for about ** years. I have a facebook account and when I put in her name there are some very light colored dates, etc. but I can't forward them. They aren't really there anymore. She needs to get some help from a real person. Her account is older and she has many things on that account that she doesn't want to lose. She has tracked the URL to Las Vegas and Chicago (at some business). What can we do to get her account back?
