I signed up for an account and tried to close it. Upon logging in before it was deleted, I was prompted to provide an ID or contact 3 unfamiliar people. My page is empty without any content or connections since I made and removed the account swiftly. I am looking to restore access to it and if this is not feasible, I would like for the account to be permanently deleted so I can create a new one using the same email address.

My Facebook app on my Android hasn't been working for two days now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, but it still won't load. When I click on the app, it prompts me to update, but after I try, it gives me an error message. Interestingly, Facebook works fine on Google Chrome, but Messenger is also not working. I've followed Google's troubleshooting steps with no luck. It's essential for me to have access to my Facebook since I have important connections there.

My Facebook account was disabled unexpectedly. I have over [redacted] friends and family members. I only share positive content like health tips and family photos. I avoid political posts, rumors, and disrespectful behavior. Please review my account to see this. I am eager to have my account reactivated or at least understand the reason for the disabling.

I received a notification from Facebook stating that someone had accessed my account from a different device and consequently locked me out. I have been using this account since [redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email account and phone number associated with it. In the meantime, I have created a new account with a new email to stay connected with my children through Messenger. I am determined to regain access to my old account after exhausting all possible solutions. I am currently stuck and unsure of how to resolve this issue.

On Christmas Day, my account was hacked, and despite following all the necessary steps, including sending a picture of my ID and creating a new email address for verification, the hacker managed to gain access again. The email containing the verification code arrived while I was asleep, and by the time I woke up, the hacker had already re-entered my account. I am now unable to proceed with retrieving my account as someone was allowed access without proper verification, even though the account's compromised status was known.

I reported a post about a girl on social media, but only the picture was reviewed, not the hurtful comments bullying a rape survivor. Even though the picture may not violate any guidelines, the comments below it are harmful and constitute bullying. The person in question is Staci Pomeroy-Beck, and the comments are unacceptable. It is distressing to see false claims and harassment against a rape survivor, and merely blocking the person responsible doesn't address the larger issue of inappropriate comments. The focus should be on preventing such hurtful behavior on the platform.

I cannot access my old email account. Hello, I have been unable to access my old email account for about 6 or 7 years. I used to send important personal data from my current email to that account. However, my new email got blocked, and I forgot the password for my old email. When trying to recover it, I found out my Yahoo mail is also blocked. I created a new email with the same username, but I am not receiving any recovery emails from Facebook. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, Unfortunately, my Facebook account under the ID Samar Desai was compromised on October 31, [redacted]. The hacker has been using my account to contact my friends and attempt to reach out to individuals in their friend lists, urging them to download Teamviewer under false pretenses of sharing important data, only to hack into their devices. I kindly ask for your assistance in reporting abuse on this account - Samar Desai. Together, we can take action to prevent this hacker from deceiving more innocent individuals.

I've seen many wonderful winter background posts lately, but unfortunately, I don't seem to have those options on my iPhone or computer. While others have festive choices, I'm stuck with outdated summer and Halloween themes. I've made sure my phone and software are up to date, yet I still can't access the new backgrounds. It's frustrating to be left out when everyone else enjoys the new features. I hope Facebook can ensure all users receive the same updates promptly. Can someone address this issue for me, please?

I shared an account with my late husband, who sadly passed away in July [redacted]. Recently, someone has hacked the account and changed the password. I am unable to recall who the trusted contacts were, making it difficult for me to recover the password. Additionally, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account. I assist with overseeing the Jacked up Keepin it country page, which has over [redacted],[redacted] users. It has come to our attention that there are numerous unavailable accounts within our group when viewed on a desktop. We are interested in knowing if there is a swifter method to remove these accounts than the current two-click process. Members with unavailable accounts are identifiable by their names appearing in black text, and their names cannot be clicked on. There are various reasons why accounts may be unavailable, such as deactivation. More information is available on this issue.

My Facebook account, Jolly Richard, was hacked on December 25, [redacted]. To inform my friends, I created a new Facebook account. Dear forum members, I encountered an issue with my ad account, as it was disabled due to the inability to pay the balance owed. My attempts to make payments via PayPal and Visa were unsuccessful, resulting in numerous declined transactions. Subsequently, my credit card was blocked due to the repeated failed attempts. I contacted my bank to resolve the credit card block and created a new PayPal account to address the payment issues. On the morning of 27-12-[redacted], I successfully made the payment for my ad account, but it was blocked shortly after as the balance had been outstanding for a few days. This was an honest mistake on my part, stemming from the initial unsuccessful payment attempts that required time to rectify with my bank and set up a new PayPal account. I recently set up my new iPad Pro on Wednesday night along with my new iPad, and everything went smoothly except for Facebook. Despite having it on my phone and old iPad, when I tried to log in on my new iPad, it kept showing my husband's account instead of mine. My login is [redacted], while his is [redacted] Strangely, his new iPad correctly reflects his account. Even when attempting to log in online with my credentials, it still displays his account. I have taken screen shots of the issue.

I am concerned about my ex-husband's girlfriend consistently posting photos of my young son on her Facebook page without my permission. Despite reporting and having some photos removed, she continues to upload more. I have tried asking her directly to remove them, but she refuses. As my son is a minor and I did not give consent for these images to be shared, I feel his privacy is being violated. It seems she intends to keep doing this, so I may have to revisit legal action against my ex-husband. I believe the only resolution at this point would be for her account to be completely shut down to protect my son's privacy.

I experienced a technical issue with my phone over a week ago, leading me to do a full factory reset. I reinstalled all my apps, including Facebook. When I tried to log in, I was asked for a two-factor code that I never received via SMS. I’ve tried all the steps on Facebook's website without success. I’m unable to proceed past the verification code step to regain access. I’ve attempted this from my phone, my mother’s phone, and my laptop. Despite sending multiple messages to Facebook support with my ID, I haven’t received any replies. I’ve been a Facebook user since the beginning and this situation is incredibly frustrating, to the point where I’m contemplating quitting the platform. I manage a social group on Facebook and not having access is a big obstacle. While I understand the security benefits of two-step verification, the current situation is too cumbersome. I’m at a loss of what to do.

Hello, my account has been compromised. I can't use the authentication codes because the emails are no longer coming through. The person who accessed my account changed the password and email linked to it. I've created a new Outlook account and submitted my ID to regain access but I'm concerned the intruder is still in my account. The account belongs to "Becca MacLean-Stewart." Thank you.

I'm frustrated that my Instagram account was disabled for "violating terms" without any specific examples or explanations given. I believe I haven't done anything wrong and it's disheartening to face this penalty without clarity. I rely on my account for inspiration and connecting with others, so not being able to access it is troubling. I've received no assistance in resolving this matter and am uncertain about how to regain access to my account.
