For the last three weeks, I have been facing a block on Facebook preventing me from liking or commenting. The error message indicated a third-party app was using my login details. These 24-hour blocks keep happening even though I only allowed Coschedule access, a verified app with Facebook. Despite stopping Coschedule a week ago, the issue persists. My personal and business pages are linked. Unfortunately, Facebook has been of no help. Reporting it seems to lead nowhere as there is no real person to assist in resolving this matter.

As an admin of the Many Facets of Life Group on Facebook, I have encountered an issue where my posts are immediately set to "pending approval" for the past month and a half. I have tried to follow the guidance in the FAQs by accessing the "More" option under my photo to manage my account, but this feature seems to be missing now. Despite reaching out to Quick Help Support multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am about to start teaching an online course and require full admin capabilities for my group. It is frustrating not being able to post directly as an admin without the need for approval. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. When I try to log in, it says my password is old, but I haven't changed it. I think I have been locked out because I attempted to log in multiple times with the wrong password. My account is under the name Bee-kay Eudora Tonyane and the phone number is +[redacted]9. I tried to reset the password with codes sent by friends, but it's not working. I really want to regain access to my existing account and avoid creating a new one since I've used it for over a decade. I appreciate any help in resetting my password and unlocking my account.

I was recently suspended from Facebook for a month, although I believe it was unjustified. I tried to create a new account to stay in touch with my loved ones, but both of my accounts got banned due to linking issues with my old profile. I attempted to change my phone number on the second account, but I never received the confirmation text from Facebook. Additionally, when asked to upload a new photo of myself, I complied multiple times with clear, new images, but it kept rejecting them. I feel incredibly frustrated by this situation as the content on my profiles means a lot to me, especially the connections with my loved ones. Dear sirs, I have been using Facebook for many years, and suddenly my account was deactivated. I disagree with this decision and have been unable to contact anyone for support. It would be helpful to have a chat line for customer assistance. The reason provided for deactivating my account seems unjust, as I have not violated any policies. Please verify my account details to ensure accuracy and consider using my cellphone number for communication instead of the incorrect email address. I recently created a new Facebook profile, but my previous account needs to be deactivated. My ex has hacked my profile, changed the email and password, and now I can't prove my identity. This is troubling because they have access to my family and friends. Even though I tried using the phone number option, I recently deactivated that number to cut off contact with my ex. I fear that they may use my account to harm me. Is it possible to verify my identity using other methods? I have all the necessary information for verification purposes on my old account.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account. Despite my attempts to reset my password and two-step verification multiple times, I remained locked out. Upon checking my emails, I discovered a notification from Facebook stating I had violated trademark policies by posting certain content. In response, I explained that I unknowingly breached the rules by using a specific name in my marketplace listing for a product that was rebranded due to damaged packaging, not intending to infringe. Consequently, my account was disabled, rendering me invisible to all contacts, impacting my business page's management and customer communication. Additionally, I'm distressed because all my son's photos, representing cherished memories since birth, are stored on the platform. Following the submission of an appeal with my identification, I have yet to receive any updates from Facebook. Despite reaching out to Facebook and the involved third party to rectify the misunderstanding, I remain without access. I seek guidance on contacting the appropriate channels for resolution, unsure of the standard timeframe for account recovery amid conflicting accounts from other users.

Hello, my name is Shehani Herath. My Facebook account has been disabled for more than two weeks now. As an animal welfare advocate helping street dogs, all my supporters are on my Facebook and they need to see my updates. It seems someone reported my account, possibly due to a disagreement with another animal welfare individual in Sri Lanka who is upset with me. This person has even contacted my supporters to stop donations and stole $[redacted] from me. I believe this individual is behind the report that led to my account being disabled. I am the sole animal welfare advocate in this area, and without my Facebook account, I cannot reach out to help these animals in need. Please help me recover my account so I can continue my work.

My account got hacked, and it now shows a different name, Samkelo Khumalo, instead of mine, Masoyi Ndukude. I've tried creating a new account, but it won't accept my phone number. I've reached out to Facebook for help, but my issue remains unresolved. I have been active on Facebook for a couple of years now, and I've noticed that hacking is becoming increasingly difficult. However, I have discovered a new method to hack into people's accounts and I would like to help fix this issue. It's quite simple, here's how it works: In the Settings and Privacy section, you can add a new email address without being prompted for a password. By gaining access to someone's phone, you can add a new email, then use it to request a password reset. This will result in a recovery message being sent to the new email, allowing you to change the account password. My suggestion is to always require a password when adding a new email address. This will prevent unauthorized access if someone else is using your phone. I hope this information is useful, and I look forward to your feedback.

Approximately two years ago, I updated my email address, and when attempting to update it on Facebook, it was incredibly challenging. I believed I had successfully changed it; however, after clearing my computer's history recently, I discovered that the Facebook link no longer functions. While I can still access Facebook on my phone, I find the screen too small to navigate comfortably due to my age of 74. When I tried to log in on my computer again, Facebook keeps stating that my email is not associated with any account on the platform. Unfortunately, the Facebook help center has not been useful in resolving this issue. Consequently, I am unable to access Facebook on my computer despite both devices being connected. I've been dealing with a hacking issue involving my ex, Tammy Sue Cunningham, for six months now. Despite several attempts to recover my account, she continues to gain access using her email and phone to receive the recovery code. She has been posting fake content and has also hacked into my friends' and family's accounts. I am frustrated by this situation. I have reached out to her to stop, but she just mocked me, questioning if I would involve Facebook. It is clear that she shouldn't have access to Facebook anymore. If action is not taken against Tammy Sue Cunningham, I will have to press charges and seek legal counsel to hold Facebook accountable. My name is Brandon Williams. Hello, Facebook recommended that I set up 2FA using the Google Authenticator App on my old iPhone, which was stolen about a year ago. I have exhausted all recovery options found on Facebook's help page, in the community center, and online forums. I have tried different browsers on all my devices and submitted copies of my passport and driver's license multiple times, as well as a photo of me holding a handwritten sign. I have been attempting to regain access for over a year now. I am eager to recover my profile for various reasons, especially to access my photos. If cryptocurrency exchanges can manually disable 2FA for customers, I believe Facebook should be able to do the same.

Hello, My spouse uploaded a series of photographs on her page for our 3rd wedding anniversary on November 16th, [redacted]. After uploading, she deleted them from her device to make room, assuming Facebook would keep them safe in the archives. Unfortunately, a few days later, the entire post vanished, including comments and reactions. We hoped Facebook would restore the lost post, but it never reappeared. This situation is disappointing as we use Facebook to share our lives with her family in Thailand, who can no longer view those pictures. I am experiencing repeated account blocks for sharing videos of myself playing the drums or posting regular photos. Each time I try to post, my accounts are blocked without explanation. While visiting my friend, he borrowed my phone briefly to message someone as he had no phone credit. Later, I discovered my Facebook account was disabled, and I was puzzled about the reason. Following an email to Facebook, I was informed the decision was final. It turns out, my friend confessed to sending a video of two kids play-fighting naked on Messenger with the aim of getting my account disabled for a humorous reason he intended to share with friends. The video was initially sent to me on WhatsApp and was meant to be funny, not inappropriate. Now, I am unsure how to restore my account.

Hello, I am currently experiencing significant challenges with my Facebook and Instagram business pages. Lately, it seems like my feeds and advertising accounts have been heavily restricted, showing red flags for some time now, and I am uncertain about the reasons behind it. My previous Facebook ad account was disabled, and although I created a new one, I am facing similar restrictions. Additionally, my Instagram account appears to be limited as I do not receive visibility through hashtags or engagement. Unfortunately, the typical customer support options like 'contact us' and live chat have been inaccessible to me, leaving me unable to reach out to Facebook. Upon reviewing my accounts, you will notice that I am a small home-run business focusing on a jewelry company. These restrictions are hindering my growth significantly, which is challenging for my business. A few years back, I made an error in hiring a third-party company to manage my accounts. They utilized methods that are now known to me as prohibited by Facebook, such as bot systems. Once I became aware of this, I terminated our collaboration and have been independently managing my accounts since then. I suspect that this past engagement might be the cause of the current restrictions. I have learned from this experience and have been diligently managing my accounts, yet they remain heavily restricted, preventing me from contacting Facebook for assistance. I believe that if someone from the Facebook team could kindly review my accounts, they would understand the nature of my small business and potentially extend a helping hand to lift these restrictions, enabling me to regain control of my accounts and restore my business's health.
