If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

Hey*My friend sent me a video on whatsapp and asked me to forward that video to him on facebook messenger as i was in a hurry as soon as he sent me that video i (without looking at that video) sent him on messenger.*The next text he sent me was to look at my facebook account so i did that and got to know that i was disabled i got angry and asked him why he did that so he simply said it happened to him so he took it out on me *Well that video from the picture seemed like two boys were fighting as i didnt saw the video while forwarding after this issue i saw the video and it was close to many thing for example bullying,rape(maybe), nude etc*I contacted them on **-**oct but they didnt reply so far *My facebook account has very valuable data*All my important chats, my business related chats and videos, papers etc*My university contacts me on that so i need that back and due to facebook my insta is blocked too
