Hi my account was hacked and I have been trying to get back into my account my business account is linked to my personal account and I have been through the process of trying to get it back and I don't receive a code generator number.**Please can you advise**Many thanks.

I needed to send off to Facebook proof of identification- about ** hours or so later I received an email which contained a link to reset my password or an alternative temporary password provided by facebook. *I was able to get into my account on my desktop,however, phone and ipad still required Code generator which was only accessible through those devices making it impossible to retrieve without being logged into my account. **I turned off the two-step code generator section on my desktop then allowing my phone and ipad to log in.
