Hello, I'm Joshua, a digital marketer at Allora USA, a wholesale plumbing supply store. I was tasked with creating a Facebook account to set up a business page for my company. The account was initially set up, and I started working on creating dynamic product ads. However, while setting up catalogs and ads in Ad Manager, my account was disabled, and I lost access to both my account and Ad Manager. I've already submitted my photo ID to the Facebook help center in an attempt to reactivate my account, but I have had no success so far. I even tried creating a new account, but I encountered the same issue. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Facebook, I am Precious Emmanuel, a Nigerian/British citizen residing in West London, UK. There is a Facebook page called "Maiyegun Dairy Politico" that educates the citizens of Nigeria on their fundamental constitutional rights, with millions of followers worldwide. The Nigerian government has mistreated its citizens both at home and abroad. The page aims to empower good Nigerian citizens about their rights and does not endorse violence, terrorism, or criminal activities. I request an explanation for why Facebook is limiting access to the page, removing followers, and blocking new users. Please restore the page as it is essential to combat bad governance. Best Regards, Precious

Hello everyone, I came across your site online and I'm hoping you can offer me some advice or assistance. I've been exploring various options online to report a hacked account. My personal account was hacked and subsequently disabled by Facebook, possibly because the hacker posted something related to violence or terrorism using my name written in Arabic script to appear different. The hacker changed my name to "Ahmed." This all occurred while I was traveling in Romania on Monday morning, 19.08, while I was asleep. Due to changing my phone's operator while abroad, I did not receive any SMS notifications, so I was unaware of the situation. I've been a Facebook user since its inception, sharing my DJ activities and musical content. It's essential for me to prove to Facebook that they have misunderstood the situation and allow me to clarify. I have lost access to my fan page and label pages, so I urgently need to regain control. I am seeking guidance on how to contact the appropriate department at Facebook to speak with a representative and present my case. My email and phone number are still linked to the account, offering a ray of hope to resolve this. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to restore my accounts to their normal state. Additionally, my Instagram account was also hacked, but luckily, I've managed to secure it now. Thank you for your time and assistance in advance. I logged into my Facebook Messenger one day, but suddenly found myself logged out. After entering my details, Facebook created a new account with no contacts, profile picture, or personal data except for my name. This new account is not what I wanted, as my old account also resurfaced but without my desired information. Despite multiple attempts to delete the new account and re-enter my old account details, the new account keeps reappearing. Additional information: My preferred account was associated with my phone number and Instagram. Previously, I had a Facebook and Messenger account but deleted both to take a break. After re-registering for Messenger only, linking it to my phone number and Instagram, I lost access to my old account. To clarify, I am trying to retrieve the Messenger account that used to have a profile picture under the name Jackson Summerfield-Fallon. If you search Messenger, you will find two accounts; I am aiming to access the one with a profile picture.

My Facebook account was disabled on Aug 9, and it has been 13 days now. I believe this was a mistake because I did nothing wrong. I have provided the necessary proof, including verification as Javarrice Buckley, to show that it's my account. I hope to hear back from you soon so my account can be enabled again, just like last time on May 20th, [redacted].

My Facebook account was disabled on August 9th, and it has been 13 days since then. I believe there has been a mistake because I did not violate any rules. I have already provided the necessary proof of my identity, Javarrice Buckley, to have my account verified and re-enabled. I am hoping to hear back soon and have my account enabled like it was done on May 20th, [redacted], three months ago.

My account was compromised around a week ago, and a deceitful post about weight was made, referencing Shark Tank. After changing my password, the information turned to Japanese. To rectify this, I used my daughter's computer alongside mine to view the prompts in English and successfully switched everything back. However, today I encountered a message stating that someone from Florida attempted to access my account. When trying to verify, it changed everything last time. I attempted to resolve the issue on my computer instead of my phone, which unfortunately resulted in the login page being displayed in Spanish. I am reaching out for assistance to regain control of my account without losing any of my data. Thank you for your help. My name on Facebook is Susan Leslie Marozik, and I also have a business account.

My Facebook account has been compromised. Although the associated phone number is correct, my email is outdated and inaccessible due to Yahoo recycling it. I created that email solely for Facebook use. Unfortunately, someone has hacked into my account and I am locked out. Facebook's only recovery option involves sending a code to my inaccessible email. I am seeking assistance to recover my account. Allison O'Donnell willing to provide verified photo identification to prove my identity. I just need an alternative verification method besides my old email.

I have faced repeated blocks and bans from Facebook today due to alleged violations of community standards regarding nudity. This happened four times in relation to an art progress video of my latest sculpture. I am a sculptor known for realism under the name Hajnalka's Fantasy Art by Hajnalka M. I only share artistic and innocent nudity, such as images of my polymer clay sculptures. Despite receiving two apologies today, I have still been banned again by Facebook. I have provided feedback but have not received any meaningful response or assistance so far.

I recently received a notification about possible suspicious activity on my Facebook account. As a security measure, my account has been temporarily locked. It seems that my account might have been compromised due to entering my password on a fake Facebook website. This type of cyber attack is referred to as phishing. To learn more about this, I can check the help center. In the upcoming steps, I will follow a security check to ensure the safety of my account and regain access.

I am addressing an issue with my Facebook advertising account that got blocked unfairly. Although I followed the rules by verifying my account with a phone number and providing a copy of my passport, my account remains blocked. When trying to create ads, I receive a message saying they were disabled for rule violations. I am unsure what I did wrong and seek clarification to prevent future issues. It appears my account was blocked due to policy-violating posts that I did not create. I suspect either unauthorized access or an error. Clicking the "Protect Account" button leads me to the main page without the option to appeal. I urge restoration of my ad account as I am unable to work without it. I recently linked my phone to the account, but there seems to be an issue. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble logging into my account due to suspicious activity. After turning off the reset password option, I received a prompt indicating that my account was locked for security reasons. I am now being asked to confirm my identity on another device, but I am unable to do so as all previously logged-in devices have been logged out. I have attempted to upload my ID twice without receiving a response. I am looking for assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Best regards, R.M.

I am concerned about the misinformation provided to law enforcement about my online activities. Initially, I utilized internet services through my telephone company, and from [redacted] to [redacted], I changed modems twice, resulting in different IP addresses each time. Subsequently, I switched to internet services through a satellite company due to phone issues, yet I consistently maintained the same IP address across all transitions. This undermines the notion that I created fake Facebook accounts utilizing various IPs. During a conversation with a Facebook employee, they mentioned the susceptibility of IP addresses to hacking, highlighting the challenge of proving online activities without in-person verification. I deactivated my account in [redacted], implying any subsequent appearances on Facebook were not authorized by me. I hope this information clarifies the complexities of IP addresses and online security.

How can I receive a 24-hour ban just for using a word that has a legitimate English dictionary definition, especially when it's because of a slang term with the same name? I was at the skate park asking for "wax" and got banned for it. How is that fair? The system or the reviewer should be more attentive before applying bans. It's frustrating to be penalized based on assumptions made by a Facebook employee or someone who reported me. I had to search what "wax" meant because I was confused why it was flagged for "drugs." In the future, I might have to specify "skateboard wax" to avoid this confusion. Getting penalized for using common English because it coincides with a new slang term is completely unjust.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance as I've been temporarily blocked from accessing my Facebook account due to forgetting my password. I attempted the recovery process where three friends send a code to help enter my account, but the email with the code didn't reach me. When trying to log in, I kept encountering an error message stating an issue was being fixed. After waiting a week and a half, I managed to change my email and deactivate the old one, but I got blocked for confirming too quickly. I'm hoping for guidance on recovering my Facebook account. Thank you, Emma

I posted items on Facebook Marketplace but noticed they only had 1 view. After several attempts to reach out to Facebook, I was directed to their automated 24-hour customer support. Unfortunately, the responses seemed suspicious and did not address my concerns. I am worried that this could be a scam to obtain sensitive information like bank details. Despite these efforts, my issue remains unresolved. I am struggling to find a way to reach a legitimate Facebook representative in Australia. As a result, my listings still only show 1 view, likely from the admin, and are not being seen by potential buyers. The fake help line is unresponsive and I feel helpless in this situation.

I am seeking assistance with a situation involving an inaccurate review posted by Steven Lin on our Facebook page. Steven initially purchased an item from us on Lazada, and was satisfied with both the product and service, leaving a positive review on the platform. However, after a few weeks, cosmetic scratches appeared on the item due to Steven's own negligence. Steven then began demanding a replacement product at our expense, despite our clear terms and conditions. He proceeded to leave negative and misleading feedback, which does not reflect the true circumstances accurately. We respectfully request Facebook's intervention to investigate and remove this unjust review. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, my name is Yogesh Jadhav. I logged into my Facebook account today after a long time and had to confirm my identity. Since my old mobile number was no longer in use, I chose to identify my friends' photos to access my account successfully. However, when I tried to change the old number on my account, I faced issues. I kept getting prompted to verify through my old number or identify friend's photos, which is currently unavailable due to an hourly limit being exceeded. I'm seeking advice on what steps to take next. Should I try logging in later, and when will the friend's photo identification option become available again? I appreciate any help as I haven't accessed my account in over 7 months, and after finally remembering my password, I encountered these verification challenges. Thank you for any assistance in resolving this issue.

I have noticed that my family and friends are receiving messages about a supposed opportunity to get free government grants from me. Unfortunately, hackers are using this to trick them into clicking on links. I have evidence of these conversations. I actually receive grants for college and enjoy finding state grants for myself and others. The hackers have convinced my loved ones for a while, even making a large purchase with my debit card through a Facebook game app. My bank caught the suspicious activity. I now need guidance on securing my Facebook and Messenger accounts step by step to stop the hackers. Thank you.

I've attempted to launch my campaign twice now, facing an issue while trying to create a custom audience from the 95% video watches. In one campaign, I have 31k 95% video watches, and in the other, 24k. However, when I navigate to Audiences to make the custom audience, Facebook claims there isn't enough data, indicating fewer than [redacted] or 1,[redacted] matches. I have utilized all videos in generating this audience and do not comprehend why the system is not recognizing the video watches. With the substantial amount of data available, I believe there should be sufficient information to proceed.
