Today, on August 23, at approximately 2:18 PM in Macau, someone maliciously altered my Facebook email address from [redacted] to [redacted], resulting in the hacking of my account. Upon receiving a notification on my Yahoo email, I promptly took action to secure my account by adding a new alternative email address, [redacted], which belongs to my boyfriend, and changing my password. However, when trying to log in with the new password and email, Facebook sent a confirmation code generator to my email, hindering my access as I lack the hacker's contact number, perhaps changed to a new number from +[redacted] [redacted]. I appeal for assistance in reclaiming access to my account as it holds sentimental importance due to the memories it preserves with my family and children.

I am currently facing an issue accessing my Facebook account. I created my account 12 years ago using an email address I no longer have access to. I recently reset my password on the app, but I cannot recall it now. When I try to reset it while logged in, it requires a code sent to my old email which I cannot access anymore. I do have a phone number linked to my account, but the code is only being sent to the old email. I attempted to add a new alternate email for receiving the password reset, but it still asks for the current password. I am stuck as I cannot change my password without access to my old email. Even though I have my phone number registered for account recovery purposes, I am unable to receive the code there. I mainly access Facebook through the app on my iPhone XS. However, I am concerned about accessing my account if I change my phone or if it malfunctions.

Good morning, I recently made a post on Facebook that was flagged as offensive, resulting in a 3-day block. After that, I found myself blocked for an additional 7 days and I'm not sure why. I thought everything had been deleted. Moreover, I've been dealing with a severe hacking issue that required changing all my passwords, consuming three days of my time to restore all my accounts. I have received multiple notifications about my account being accessed from unusual locations, around 7-8 times now. I am frustrated with Facebook as I have attempted various methods to delete my main account and now 3 additional ones created under my name. I am solely focused on deleting all these accounts permanently. I am having trouble resetting my password as the system prompts me to log out to do so, which is illogical. A few weeks ago, my account was hacked even though it was deactivated. After reactivating it and changing my password, I noticed three unknown devices accessing my account. I logged out all devices and deactivated my account again.
The next day, when trying to use Messenger, I had to update my password and was prompted to confirm my identity with a 6-digit code. However, despite multiple attempts, I did not receive the code after clicking the button. I've tried using both my laptop and iPhone, but nothing seems to work, even though my mobile number is correct.
I've reset my password several times, but the issue persists. I've also attempted to confirm my identity on my laptop without success. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

A few days ago, I received a notification from Facebook about an unusual login. After being logged out and back into my Messenger and Facebook, my cousin, who is on my friends list, got hacked and locked out of her account. Today, on August 23rd, the same thing happened to me. Despite changing my passwords and having two-factor authentication and a tied phone number, I keep getting locked out. I have people who can help me with account recovery and even have photo ID as proof of identity. It's distressing to lose access to a platform with so many cherished memories, like shared statuses and photos of family and friends. Facebook should improve the account recovery process as losing access to our accounts means losing a part of our lives. Sharing photos of my five nieces and nephews, concert memories, and life events is important to me, and I shouldn't have to constantly battle unauthorized access. The current solutions offered by Facebook are not effective, and a more robust solution is needed to prevent unauthorized takeovers.

I need to report a security breach on my account that occurred on August 3rd around 1 am. The unauthorized person using my account is William K Rothschild, whereas the original account is registered under the name Gene Brummett since [redacted], but I only started using it actively in December [redacted]. I have reached out to my niece Fellisia Brummett and my son Rydr Brummett to help report this issue, with little success. Another fraudulent individual involved is Vickie Love Brummett, using photos of Brianna Egreb on Instagram, claiming to be from Michigan. Someone took my phone while I was asleep and I am unsure if they posted something or changed my password. I woke up to a broken phone and iPod. I have tried to access my Facebook account from various devices but have been unsuccessful. I have encountered an issue with Rosita.com regarding a return and exchange for swimsuits I purchased from them.
