A couple of days ago, my iPhone 8 was stolen, and it was logged into my account. I failed to link an email or phone number to my account and forgot my password. I've spent the last 2-3 hours following Facebook's instructions, posting on the community board, using my URL to log in, and trying to recover the account. I remember the security question answers from years ago and just want to access my account, change my password, and notify friends and family about the incident. I believe I may have been hacked. I am not tech-savvy but can follow directions well.

I'm facing an issue with my Messenger app. After installing it on my phone and setting up an account with my name and phone number, I uploaded a photo but received a message that my account seemed suspicious. Subsequently, I was locked out of Messenger for a photo review. When attempting to access my account settings to delete the app, I was directed to a Facebook login page, although I do not have a Facebook account. Upon entering my phone number and password used for Messenger, I inadvertently logged into a stranger's Facebook account, despite using my own credentials. Consequently, I am unable to delete my Messenger account as any attempt leads me to this unknown individual's Facebook account. This is frustrating as I initially created a Messenger account separate from Facebook. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello,
I recently decided to create a Facebook account to make a Facebook page for my business. Initially, I used my business email to open the account but found out that Facebook doesn't allow accounts to be opened with business names. I mistakenly uploaded a business image instead of a personal one, leading to my account and new page being disabled.
After learning that business accounts are not allowed, I opened a new Facebook account using my personal email and full name. I verified my email, phone number, and uploaded a personal photo, ensuring my privacy settings were set to private as I only needed the account for the page creation. However, two days later, my new account was also disabled without explanation, despite following the rules.
I have reached out to Facebook for help through their support center, even providing my ID card and photo twice, but have not received any response. I am unsure why my account was disabled this time or what may have gone wrong with the phone verification process. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,

Hello, I am following up on a report I submitted to Facebook on August 3, [redacted], and have not received a response yet. I urgently need assistance as our FB Page needs to be live soon.
I created a FB Page, Engender Consultancy, for my organization. Facebook is not allowing me to create the Page username @EngenderConsultancy. A previous Page with the same name was created from the founder's personal FB account but has since been deleted. I then created a new Page linked to a new account before realizing this was not ideal and deleted it. Currently, our Page is linked to the founder's personal account, and I am an Admin. I believe none of the Pages had a username.
We are still unable to create the username as it says it has been taken. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so we can have our handle back. Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
L.

Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Dale Joseph. I am 28 years old and was born with a disability that causes me to walk with a slight limp and stutter when I speak. I work by managing 5 groups on my Facebook account where I post vehicles for sale on behalf of their owners. Recently, my account got blocked and when I tried to create a new one, it asked me to upload a profile picture. After doing so, it said my account was disabled. I'm confused about why this happened as I rely on Facebook to post vehicles for sale and earn a living. Could you please explain why I can't use Facebook after creating a new account?
Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Dale Joseph. I am 28 years old and was born with a disability. I work with John in posting vehicles in different groups to help sell them on behalf of the owners. My Facebook account got blocked, and I tried creating a new one. However, within 5 minutes, it prompted me to add a profile picture. When I tried to upload it, it kept showing me an error. Eventually, it disabled my account. I really need a Facebook account to continue my work of posting vehicles for sale. Can you please help me understand why this keeps happening when I try to create a new account?
Thank you.

I established my business page (50fabulouslyfit) around 4-5 years ago. Recently, I faced issues with outdated information on the page like an old website link and phone number. Facebook disapproved my ad due to invalid links. I made corrections by removing the website link and cover page. Upon Facebook's request for verification, I submitted necessary documents like LLC Articles of Incorporation and a tax document, but they were deemed insufficient. After trying to reach out to Josh from Facebook support, I still await a response since last Thursday. My business page remains under review, although my Support Inbox appears empty. I seek advice on how to contact Facebook for further assistance as I am running out of ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is U.S. from India. I created a Facebook account specifically for gaming purposes without linking any other social media. Unfortunately, I lost the phone number associated with the account. On August 20, [redacted], the account was hacked. It was linked to my PUBG account, enabling me to access the game. Due to the hack, I cannot access my PUBG account where I made purchases totaling 2-3k and achieved significant progress. I reached out to PUBG customer service, and they advised me to recover the linked Facebook account to regain access. However, the hacker changed the email and password, leaving my account disabled. I seek urgent assistance to resolve this issue.

A few days ago, I listed several items for sale on the marketplace. However, after receiving many messages, Messenger automatically moved them to a separate folder. Consequently, I've been unable to reach out to my customers directly. This has caused a problem because I have a potential buyer interested in purchasing my bed frame. Without being able to communicate effectively, it's challenging to coordinate the sale.
Moreover, my recent posts have had no views, and when posting new items, I can't provide my location information. I'm concerned that something may be wrong with my account. Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

My personal Facebook account, Shanti Phoebe Hunt, was hacked through an old dormant email address, [redacted] The hacker has taken control of this email, making it impossible for me to recover my password.
Fortunately, my Gmail account, [redacted], is secure. I have changed all passwords for my email and bank accounts. I am unsure if my laptop has been compromised or just the Yahoo email account.
The hacker promptly deleted my Facebook Page, Phoebe Hunt Music, with 24,[redacted] followers right after I created a FB Group for a crowdfunding campaign, Phoebe Hunt & The Gatherers Street Team.
The hacker, with an IP address from Cairo, now controls my personal FB page, and I am completely locked out of my account.
Given that the hacker has control of my oldest associated email, I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Issue: My new Facebook account has been unexpectedly disabled, and I am struggling to get it reinstated despite providing personal identification documents.
Details: I recently started a woodworking business, Pink Moon Woodworking, in Asheville, North Carolina. Wanting to leverage Facebook's marketing tools, I created a new personal account using my phone number ([redacted]). I reconnected with old contacts, established a business page, and suddenly faced a warning for "suspicious activity." After submitting a photo of myself as requested, my account was disabled.
I reviewed Facebook's policies and believe I didn't breach any rules. I attempted to appeal by submitting identification documents but never received a response. A second attempt with a different account met the same fate within 24 hours.
Feeling frustrated and at a loss, I seek guidance on how to resolve this issue to utilize Facebook for promoting my business effectively.
Thank you for any assistance provided,
-Drew Benbow

I have had a Facebook account for several years. I don't sell animals or puppies as a backyard breeder. I maintain two Facebook pages with excellent reviews. The Facebook Ads Team contacted me to advertise my pages. After spending a significant amount on advertising, my pages were flagged for breaking community standards. Consequently, my personal account, where I never advertised dogs, was restricted, and now it has been deactivated. Despite this, Facebook continued to bill me for Ads after deactivation. I am mainly concerned about losing the memories and connections on my account. I have requested reactivation through the help site but haven't had success. I am extremely frustrated and upset by this situation as my children's memories are stored on Facebook.

Hello, I've had my account for about 10 years, and it was suddenly disabled. They are requesting my ID to recover it. Despite sending the required ID multiple times, replying to their email, and updating my surname to Clark, I haven't received any response. My username is Sam Terry, known to many, and my account holds precious photos needed by my children and my late husband's children. I have a limited number of family and friends on the account. Please advise on how to regain access to my account or the photos. I've attached a profile picture for reference. Thank you, Sam.

I am experiencing difficulty regaining access to my Facebook account because I cannot recall my password. Despite my attempts to reset it, I am struggling to navigate to the correct section or input the right combination of email and password, or phone number and password. Uncertain if my phone number was linked to my account, I even resorted to creating a new page. After a friend suggested contacting Facebook support via chat, I am reaching out for assistance. I have had this account since [redacted] and rely on it to stay in touch with family and friends. Thank you for your attention. My name is Michael Lee Hager, and I believe the email associated with my main account is [redacted] Nevertheless, it might be a Yahoo email that I no longer have access to. The Yahoo email has not been used for quite some time, and I struggle to recall the exact details, except that it may be a variation of my name. Kindly assist me.

I came across an advertisement on Facebook on July 2, [redacted], for a folding mobility scooter priced at $[redacted]. I made a purchase for a blue scooter on the same day. Despite not receiving a receipt, my MasterCard was charged the correct amount, and the transaction showed the vendor as FWJOIEFG. After two weeks, I received a USPS tracking number revealing the vendor was based in China. Unfortunately, the tracking information was unclear, and on August 5, I received a pair of socks instead of the scooter. Now, I am trying to identify the ad to provide evidence to the MasterCard Disputes department. If you could locate the ad from July 2, provide the internet link and an image of the advertised scooter, it would greatly help in validating my claim. Any additional details on the product would also be useful. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you, Norm O.

Hello, my name is Lona Mathis. I recently discovered that my son, King Steph's, page was removed from Facebook. It has been active since his passing on April 1, [redacted], and I am puzzled as to why it was taken down. Other deceased individuals' pages are still active, and I believe that in my son's case, where an investigation is ongoing, the page should not have been entirely removed. People continue to tag him in posts, and I kindly request that instead of taking down the page, only irrelevant content be deleted. I urge you to re-establish his page and clean up any unnecessary content. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Respectfully, Lona Mathis (mother of Stephon Mathis), on behalf of King Steph's page.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Facebook page. I provided my cell phone number and uploaded a selfie as requested, but I've been unable to use Facebook for over a day now due to a message saying, "you can't use your Facebook right now." I haven't been verified yet. I was in the middle of chatting with someone about a sale on Facebook Marketplace, where I have completed several transactions, which I believe should be enough to prove I'm not a robot. I also created a business page thinking of using a promotion offer, but I'm relieved I didn't proceed as I would have lost money now. I won't be recommending this service to anyone after this. What should I do next? Thank you.

I am currently waiting for a response to my recent email to your team. My old Facebook account has been compromised, and I am unable to access it because it is linked to my old phone number that I no longer have. The person using my old account is causing issues by commenting on posts as if they were me, which is creating problems in my personal life. I have already reported the issue to Facebook multiple times, but have received no assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if Facebook could delete my old account to resolve this situation. Please contact me via email at [redacted] Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Dear Facebook Team,
I received notification that my account was disabled for impersonation. I want to respectfully appeal this decision as I am not impersonating anyone. I have submitted my government passport as proof of my identity, in addition to my national birth certificate which I provided earlier.
I kindly request that you review my case and reinstate my account as it is my authentic personal account. I miss connecting with my friends and family on Facebook and your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this issue and I hope for a prompt resolution to reactivate my account.

My Facebook account was compromised, and my profile picture was used in a video without my consent. A friend informed me via Messenger that their account was also hacked. I discovered a login from Seattle, WA in my logins, which was not me. The video link, si-chao.cstools.facebook.com, with a caption "Video-Cindy," was not accessed by me as I do not create videos. It has been unsettling, and I trust that Facebook can identify the hacker and address the situation. Several other friends have encountered similar issues nationwide today.
