To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

Recently got a message saying someone from Vietnam tried to log into my account and so Facebook shut my account down (been hacked before from brisbane). I changed my password and then not long (* mins) I got signed out of my account and it is saying the new password I set is an old password (never used that password before). Before when my facebook was hacked I was able to change the password with using my phone number as I haven't accessed the email on my account for many years and I can't remember the password and can't recover it. This time I can't reset my password with my phone number (I think they took it off). Even if I am unable to regain access to my account I want it deleted so they can't do anything with it. I am lost as to what to do and I really need help.
