The issue in GetHuman-clarafo's own words
I received a message from Facebook with a one-time password on my phone, but I did not request it. I want to know if a) Facebook can remove the option for one-time passwords from my account to minimize the risk of identity theft, and b) Facebook can implement better security measures such that an attempted log in from a new browser or alternate location prompts the user for more identity verification tests before a password is sent out like this. Phones can be hacked too.
GetHuman-clarafo did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Facebook too
How GetHuman-clarafo fixed the problem
I contacted them via the Report a Problem link and then said Something isn't working and then selected Privacy. I didn't hear back from facebook yet but I did review their privacy settings and it looks like one-time passwords like the one I got can be disabled by enabling *-factor authentication. So I did that.
