Log on to my Facebook account ... My Facebook account was hacked over two weeks ago. I discovered Facebook had disabled my account because of terms*content violation. No clue what they are referring to! I have gotten absolutely nowhere! They keep asking...how do I want it fixed! Seriously! Answer my questions and Enable me to use my account again. I was the the one hacked and inconvenienced!
I was hacked and can’t get any help. Just keep going around in circles with any of the so called “help” centers!
All I want is to be able to use my Facebook account again.
I’ve been a customer about six years now and have always tried to have fun and share with other Facebook friends in a good way. Being hacked then accused of violating terms*contents I’m not even aware of...plus not getting any answers shouts “guilty until proven otherwise!”.
The help center just sent me in circles.
