I put the *-step Verification process on my account. I switched from Sprint to Metro PCS and I got a new phone and phone number I know the password but I can't get into the account because it can't text me the code then it tells me to put in the *-digit code gender but I don't have one. Name on the account Steven Corts my old phone number was (***)***-**** the email is stevecorts****@gmail. Can someone please help my get into my account. I cant even take off the * way verification until I can get into the account
