I have just sold an item on FB and they paid via a method I have not used or heard of. I am supposed to be sending these items tomorrow and when I contacted you for urgent support I was told to wait up to three working days for an answer. I am astounded that given the gravity of the situation i.e. this payment is requested MY bank details, you have not responded with clarity. I could be the subject of fraud and you are requested me to wait thee days before responding!
