My husband passed away July **** and his Facebook acct was closed shortly thereafter Yesterday, two family members received a message from my husband's Facebook account via messenger with his photo and name stating "How are you doing" personalized to each and indicating "logged in using number from US and account was recently created."*Is it possible someone could use my husbands account information from his closed account to create a fraudgelent account, use this new account to contact persons from his friends list and If so then would these persons FB accounts be at risk?
