I sent a $*** payment that never got accepted, so it said it would expire. It did but the money never went back into my bank account but it came out of my account and the receiver never received it. I verified his account make sure he did not receive it (its my son so I am able to review his bank account). I NEED that money back and I have no idea where it is sitting....*I get no response on submitting things on FB. I have several case that show submitted but NEVER EVER received ANY response-VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.*What do I have to do to get my money back???
