I got a replacement phone IPhone *. A customer rep from AT&T changed my Facebook account to *****kenneth. I got on Facebook and it said to sign-in. I logged in my new password *****kenneth but it said couldn’t find. I then tried kenneth***** and it said it didn’t match. I tried my phone * ***-***-**** it said this couldn’t match. I tried my e-mail km*****@gmail and it couldn’t match. II tried my Name Kathleen McCoy it didn’t match. I then went to create a new account and I get an error message. I’m at a loss on what to do next. Thank you.
