If you cannot access the two-factor authentication method you've set up, you may be able to log in using backup codes, if you saved them when setting up two-factor authentication. If you don't have access to your authentication method and can't use backup codes, we can't turn off two-factor authentication. You'll need to follow the prompts on the login screen for recovering your account, which may involve answering security questions or getting help from friends.
