Log into my account. ... My account is currently not able to be logged into because I "need to confirm my age". I've submitted my ID(s) twice now. The day I sent the ID I got an email saying that the report has been reviewed and things have been sorted out with my account. Yet things haven't been sorted out, I still can't access my Messenger or Facebook because it still prompts me to confirm identification. I've emailed back with this problem, and still haven't gotten a response. I don't know if I'm supposed to be able to log in or if they're working on it or what.
I just got off a * day ban, and to have it be uplifted and then get slammed with having to verify id, it's very frustrating.

I've been a customer since ****, this is new for me and I find it hard to be in a situation where I don't know if my account is being worked on or not. They said that things have already been sorted out with my account, but haven't said what that means. I still can't log in and it still prompts me for ID, even though I've done it twice and it was supposed to be already sorted out.
I've tried calling Facebook Customer Support but the automated voice machine said the phone contact for customer support is unavailable and that I should try the help center on Facebook. I can't get on Facebook so how am I supposed to use their help center? I've also tried this website, so far to no avail. I can't do anything but sit and count off the days until my account that's been around for nine years is rendered inaccessible, while I'm left completely helpless to all of it.
