If you believe your Instagram account was hacked and need to recover the account then click here https://help.instagram.com/contact/272476913194545?helpref=faq_content enter your username and email to the account, then click “Yes”. A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

I recently bought a new phone, I couldn't remember my old Facebook account password or old email so I created a new Facebook account which i set to loin to my new phone number, I received a note from Facebook today saying that my new Facebook account had been disabled for pretending to be someone else, so I'm not sure if maybe I sent a friend request to one of my old Facebook friends and they thought my account may be fake or what but I am Tiffany Messer and that is my Facebook page, I would like to have it reactivated
