A few months ago my mother's account was hacked. Well she wasn't able to warn me in time and who ever hacked hers hacked mine. I changed my password to try to stop them but now I can't get back into my account. Every time I try to log on I either get a notice that you're going to send a code to my phone which you never do or that I need an authentication app which makes no sense. I haven't been able to get into my account for months because you've made it impossible and I want to be able to log on to my account again. No matter what I've done you've done nothing to let me back in. I've even proven that the account was mine. The account name is Tiffany Delozier if you needed to know.
GetHuman-tdelozie did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
