Hi, I’ve tred at least * times to get into my account for over almost * weeks. I have a new telephone and a new phone number. I somehow, without memory, set up the two-way authenticator. The authenticator is consistently sending the code to the old number, in which I would like to update. I have sent in through the “help” or “customer service” page my driver’s license and explaining the issue. I would like to be able to get the code and be able to get into my account. Again it has been over * weeks and no one has got back to me. I’m not understanding why or how not. I did and provided exactly what was asked and directed. Also I want to remove the two-way authenticator because this is ridiculous. I can’t get into my own account without verification no other way. The other phone and number is no longer active and I have no access to it.
