I own a small business named Nail Box Beauty in a quaint village. Recently, a customer visited who was extremely rude and offensive. Despite giving her a free lash treatment to placate her, she proceeded to leave negative reviews online, leading to the removal of many 5-star ratings. I was devastated. Setting up a new review page did not help as her lies and negative feedback dominate search results. She seems to enjoy causing trouble. This situation has taken a toll on my business and my well-being. I am now seeking professional help for anxiety and sleep troubles. I kindly request assistance in removing her damaging review. I would like to request a review of three products that were rejected under the "shop" section of The Profit Goddess website. The products in question are the YBBPS Coaching Program, DYHR Coaching Program, and Double Your Hourly Rate! These are legitimate coaching programs provided by The Profit Goddess to assist small business owners in improving their business practices. Despite the rejection reason stating that "opportunities to make money from home" are not allowed, these programs are designed to enhance businesses rather than focus on work-from-home schemes. I am Jerry B. I recently got blocked on Facebook, including messenger, because of a statement made in my name that I did not know about. This has happened before, and I feel unfairly targeted by Facebook as they have not checked for possible hacking or contacted me directly. I believe I should have been informed before being judged. I am considering legal action because of Facebook's lack of response. If Facebook is accusing users without proof, it reflects poorly on their practices. I await a response from Facebook or will involve legal representation. Thank you.

I was logged out of my account for security reasons and it's temporarily locked. When I tried to log back in, I had to identify people in pictures, but the images didn't load properly, and I could only see the names. Now, when I attempt to identify the individuals to unlock my account, I'm redirected to the login page. I just want Facebook to allow me to verify my identity without these issues recurring when I try to do so.

I recently received a notification indicating that I am temporarily restricted from viewing profiles. When I click on the notification, it shows an error message without any option to appeal. I manage 6 groups on Facebook and due to this restriction, I am unable to see requests, pending posts, or interact with members. When members message me, it appears as if they are "Facebook user" instead of showing their actual names. This issue is affecting my ability to manage the groups effectively, and even my Messenger is not functioning properly. I am worried about losing access to my account because it contains all my photos. Strangely, when I log into my kids' accounts, everything works fine. The situation is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I urgently need assistance to resolve it. Two other admins encountered similar messages but did not face the same issues, and they were provided a way to appeal the problem. My activities include verifying profiles, communicating with group members about invoices, and ensuring compliance with group rules. I want to emphasize that I am not engaged in spam, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior; I am simply fulfilling my duties as an admin.

Hello, my name is Jenny Serrano. My account was hacked by my husband, whom I am divorcing due to domestic violence. He physically assaulted me to obtain my account email, password, and recovery email. He has posted personal information about me and is exposing details that have negatively impact my personal life. He changed my name to a fake name, Alexandra Gastelum, and has sent threatening messages to my friends pretending to be me. Despite reports from friends and family, no action has been taken regarding this fraudulent profile. The email for this account used to be serrano_jenni[at]yahoo[dot]com with the password Cochonit12, which he changed after gaining access. He has posted personal information to humiliate me, using my actual name, Jenny Serrano. I am requesting the removal or return of this profile as it is causing me distress. I hope to hear from you soon.

I utilized the code generator to log into my account on an unfamiliar device. However, my phone broke shortly after. Subsequently, I attempted to access my account from my new phone, but encountered difficulties. The system indicated that a message was sent, but I no longer possess the Syrian phone number the message was sent to. Despite linking my new number, I have not been receiving any messages for the past eight months. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. P.S: I submitted an image of my passport to Facebook in an attempt to recover my account, but unfortunately, it did not aid in the process.

We currently have several individuals with varying page roles – 5 editors, 2 moderators, and 5 analysts, but none hold admin privileges. This poses an issue as no one has voluntarily changed their role or removed themselves, leaving our new Public Relations Chair unable to access the page. Despite exploring Facebook's suggested solutions, such as reaching out to a previous admin (non-existent in this case) or creating a new page, none of these options are feasible due to our page's history spanning five years. The lack of an admin is impeding our marketing efforts and organizational efficiency. Recently, we reported a Facebook account for impersonating someone else, using the same name and photos. After many reports, the fake account was taken down. Unfortunately, the original account belonging to our late mother, Marion Ashworth, was also removed the following day. This is distressing for our family as it contains cherished photos, messages, and memories that we revisit daily for comfort during our grieving. We are desperate to recover this account as it is a significant part of our mourning process. Seeking urgent assistance to address this situation is crucial to us. Our main goal is to restore the account promptly.

I am experiencing issues with sending messages through Messenger. I believe I may have been flagged for spam due to multiple messages I sent regarding mental health advocacy. My Facebook account was disabled after only two days. I created the account using my mobile number [redacted] to set up a Facebook store for my website www.fightsupply.com. It's disappointing that Facebook didn't contact me about any issues before disabling the account. I'm new to Facebook and signed up just to use the store function, not because I wanted or needed an account. It's a shame that Facebook didn't reach out to me or ask the few friends I added about my account. I have requested my account data download, but it's still processing. Perhaps when the new server centers are completed in Fort Worth, they can handle it better. I have multiple email accounts but will use a junk email to see if I receive a response.

I am currently logged into my Facebook account. Unfortunately, my phone was recently reset due to an incorrect password, which has resulted in me losing access. I have had several issues with multiple Facebook accounts being hacked and taken over by my ex-husband's girlfriend, who has invaded my privacy by changing details like my home address and contact information. I had to create new accounts under various usernames like Bobbie Jo Buehler and variants like Bobbie J Jo Buehler Brown. My phone number listed on some of these accounts is [redacted], but it no longer leads me to my last active account. The last account I remember had the username [redacted], which is now invalid. I need help recovering and consolidating all my accounts and stopping this person from stalking me. Hello, I am facing a major issue on Facebook. Yesterday, I attempted to set up a work account on Facebook. I started by creating an email address and then proceeded with setting up the account. Due to time constraints at work, I searched for a photo online to use for profile picture access. However, my account was flagged for photo review. Consequently, I created a new Facebook account at home, this time using my real photo. Everything worked smoothly at home, but this morning at work, I tried logging in and found my account blocked for review yet again. The situation is quite confusing now, as I have forgotten the passwords for the new email addresses I created. The only secure backup I have right now is my phone number. Facebook closed my old account without any explanation. I have reached out to them but have not received a response. I am puzzled as I couldn't find any rules I might have violated. I mainly used my account for gaming and had it for over 15 years. I am open to different cultures, have friends from different backgrounds, and am not interested in politics. My disabled daughter also benefits from the account for group activities. I would appreciate it if Facebook would clarify the reason behind closing my account as I am genuinely sorry for any misunderstanding. Sincerely, Robert Carlsson. I was recently scammed out of I50 Pounds on Facebook by someone posing as Nicole Watson. The individual was selling items, including an iPhone 7 that I was interested in purchasing. They instructed me to transfer the money to a Nationwide account under the name Amey Hayes, claiming it was their partner's account. After completing the transaction, I tried to follow up on the phone delivery but found that the seller had disappeared from Messenger, with their account likely deleted. I suspect I have been the victim of a scam and would like an investigation into the account owner's identity to be conducted.

Two days ago, my Facebook account suddenly logged me out and when I tried to log back in, it claimed my password was wrong. Further, it stated that my email address was no longer associated with my account. Desperately reaching out to Facebook support has yielded no responses. The individual who gained unauthorized access to my account now has access to all my personal pictures, emails, messages, and is troubling my friends by soliciting money and sending inappropriate content. My Facebook account was [redacted] and the linked email was [redacted] This breach has caused me distress and potentially harmed my relationships. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account with all its contents intact. I am having trouble using my business page to engage with other businesses and leads. I can only do so through my personal Facebook account on my Android phone, not under my business page. I was able to switch to the desktop version to like a page while on the road before, but I can no longer find that option. I have tried using the Page Manager app, but there doesn't seem to be a solution there either. Even after buying a tablet, the issue persists. This situation defeats the purpose of having a separate business page, and it is frustrating.
