My name is Suzana Pletikosa, marketing manager for Cultural Places. We have a huge problem – for our company’s Instagram profile https:**www.instagram.com*cultural*places* there is a payment method set using the company’s credit card. However and for an unknown reason, Facebook ads manager used my other old ad account, used for advertising for my former company, for paying for the Instagram ads for my new company Cultural Places even though it is not set to do so! There is a special ad account for Cultural Places set in the Fb ads manager.*Please tell me how this happen and what you suggest to get this resolved, this is pretty embarrassing! Facebook charged my former company for the ads on Instagram for Cultural Places, my new company.
