The issue in GetHuman-normland's own words
For the past ** plus years I've been using Facebook but last week the account I had been using just seemed to vanish into thin air along with many treasured memories, photos, my messenger account and an extensive friends list, when confronted by the problem I was taken through a number of proceedures, NONE of which led me to my original account. I now appear to have several Facebook profiles and none are the one that is mine. As a disabled person Facebook was fairly important in getting messages to friends and family. Now however it has become a major problem in that people can no longer reach me. I no longer have access to the e-mail address that I signed up with. Please help
