A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

Our Messenger account has been hacked about a week ago. We changed our password, but people were still getting messages. We then changed our password to ** characters, people still getting messages. Two days ago we deactivated Facebook, then did the same for Messenger. Waited a day then reactivated Facebook, but not Messenger. People still getting messages. We would like Messenger removed, keeping Facebook.
GetHuman-kathyken did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
