Help with my Facebook issue

Some one recently stole my tablet and changed my password. I then changed the password again myself and wanted to secure my account through the pictures of friends. I can do that but it keeps telling me to log in from a device i have used before and I did but it’s not letting me get into the account still. I would like to turn the secure account thing off because it’s causing more problem than helping in any way.
GetHuman-caseface did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
