The Facebook app is not functioning correctly on both of my phones - the S7 and S9 Plus. I am unable to view additional photos in posts, whether they are in group posts or on timelines. The photos that are visible in the preview are fine, but when I click on the additional greyed-out ones with the plus sign, the app freezes, and the photos do not load. I have attempted to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and waiting for the photos to load, but nothing has worked. I have noticed other users facing the same problem online, without any solutions provided. It seems to be an issue with the app itself. How can I address and fix this problem?

I noticed on Saturday, May 12, [redacted], that Facebook has unpublished the page I manage for my client's company, Bytesize. The page in question, Agrited, belongs to a reputable company, and I have carefully reviewed it to ensure it complies with Facebook's terms. Despite this, the page was taken down, and I am unsure of the reason. I have already submitted an appeal and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue or lodging a complaint. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. My account was hacked, and the password was changed. I recently got a new phone and got logged out. Facebook requires me to reset the password through my old email or phone number that I no longer have access to. The email linked to my account is [redacted], but I cannot recover it. My current emails are [redacted] and [redacted] I am unable to use the option to select friends to verify my identity. I have many photos and friends who can confirm my identity. I keep receiving a message saying my session has expired and requiring me to reset my password. The first time this occurred, it prompted me to create a new account using the same email address but a different name. I need assistance addressing these two issues: 1) Stop the session expiration message from appearing. 2) Delete the second account I created that I am now unable to access.

I had previously deleted my Facebook account. Later, around the end of [redacted], I created a new account which I also deleted in early [redacted], although I am unsure of the exact dates. A friend recently showed me that my original deleted account was reactivated by Facebook, complete with old pictures and posts, which was distressing as old friends assumed it was still active. I feel violated by this discovery. I am concerned that if I try to contact Facebook, they may reactivate my second account as well. I want to ensure that the first account, along with its content, has been fully deleted. Both accounts were likely linked to my current email, provided below.

I am reaching out regarding disturbing content I encountered on Facebook. Despite not having a Facebook account, I receive emails with inappropriate and graphic material from the platform due to family and acquaintances being users. I recently came across a horrific image showing the decapitation of an acquaintance, with their head and body displayed in separate photos, causing extreme discomfort. Furthermore, I noticed my name and photos of family members on my acquaintance's Facebook page, which is deeply unsettling. I hope that Facebook addresses this issue promptly as it is a matter of great concern.

Recently, my account was compromised by hackers. Thankfully, I noticed the suspicious activity while online and took immediate action by logging out unauthorized users and changing my password. Subsequently, I reported the incident to Facebook. During the process of securing my account by adjusting security settings, I encountered an issue. Facebook flagged my account, stating that I had made too many changes too quickly, resulting in my account being frozen. Unfortunately, this prevented me from updating my email and phone number successfully. Despite reaching out multiple times to the online support forum and providing detailed explanations, including a photo of my government ID and updated contact information, I have not received any response for over a month. Regrettably, I remain locked out of my account and unable to access it. I am at a loss for what steps to take next. Could someone please offer assistance with this matter?

Hello, I am Ryan Quinty, and I operate a furniture business in Houston, TX. Our warehouse is located in SW Houston. Recently, my brother, Jd Quinty, has been replicating my business model, products, and online marketing efforts, including on Facebook. I have noticed that he is claiming ownership of some of the images of brand new items that I am using for my ads. Despite my willingness to remove any advertisements that are not permitted or contain copyrighted material, my brother has resorted to threatening messages to force me to comply. He has even mentioned that he will have my Facebook account deactivated. This particular image in question is from Garret Holland's advertisement, a local competitor. I have requested my brother to communicate politely, provide evidence of ownership, and resolve this amicably. I urge for a block on any communication between Jd Quinty, myself, and our businesses to prevent such conflicts in the future. I appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thank you. -RQ

Hi, I have two Facebook accounts under the names: 1. Mimi Idti Yebat Sebaya with the email [redacted] 2. Mimi Kapper with the email [redacted] Both accounts are asking me to confirm my identity, but I prefer using nicknames to safeguard my identity due to the nature of my job. I find it frustrating that despite allowing us to change names, Facebook insists on real names. This contradicts the platform's supposed freedom of expression. Isn't it reasonable to protect ourselves on social media from potential harm? Unlike harassers, I don't engage in bullying or hacking. I urgently need my accounts restored to access the family photos stored there. It's disheartening that Facebook's policies seem to penalize users like me who are simply seeking safety and peace of mind.

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account on my laptop as I cannot remember my password. The email and phone number linked to my account are outdated and inactive, making it impossible to receive the password reset code. Despite being able to access Facebook on my Android device, I am unable to update the email without the forgotten password. I have tried contacting my old email provider, but to no avail. I submitted my ID to Facebook for assistance in changing the email, but have not heard back. Please note that I am not able to receive any communication from Facebook on my current email or phone number. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to forgetting the new password for my very old email associated with it. Someone posted a false and harmful message under the name Liz Pritchard, which is causing distress as it is being widely circulated. The content of the post is inaccurate, and I do not support such behavior mentioned. Despite my efforts in reporting the post and submitting my ID multiple times through the provided form, it remains online. This situation is particularly concerning as I am currently dealing with marital issues, and this post misrepresents me.

Yesterday, I received a message from Facebook, indicating that a user had requested verification of my identification. Upon inquiring about the user's identity and the reason for the verification, I received no response. The system repeatedly prompted me to input the name by which my friends and family recognize me, not my birth name or a nickname. After complying, I was unexpectedly asked to provide documentation for that name. I reluctantly submitted a copy of my ID, and now I am unable to access my account while my ID is under review. This issue is preventing me from completing crucial Marketplace transactions involving four individuals. I am eagerly awaiting guidance to facilitate the prompt resolution of this matter.

I need help reactivating my account. Months ago, I received a message about unusual activity on my account, leading to it being locked. Despite trying to resolve it through the help page, I faced issues. Upon entering the security code sent to my phone on the website, I encountered a loop - selecting SUBMIT would reset the field, while choosing CONTINUE claimed the code was incorrect. This process was repeated across various devices and browsers without success. Noticing my profile was missing from a friend's list, I created a new account with my full name, Philip. However, this account also got locked after a few days. The help page provided no way to contact support. A friend shared this email as a potential solution to reactivate my original profile. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

After deleting the cache and cookies on my PC, my cell phone, [redacted], was returned to my employer on 4/13/18. I attempted to update my Facebook 2-factor authentication to my Google Voice number, [redacted], but Facebook is still sending codes to my old number or Google Voice might not be compatible. I then tried to use my spouse's phone, [redacted], but she already has her Facebook account on it. I am unable to receive the verification codes as I don't have a phone. How can I enable 2-factor authentication without a phone? My backup email is [redacted] My Facebook login and main email are [redacted] I am known as Dave Giambattista. I usually log in daily, posting on 4/28 and 4/5. Please restore my access to my account. Please assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account promptly.

I have two accounts that are over 10 years old, and a few weeks ago, I was logged out of both. I was asked to verify my identity by providing ID and photos, but I have not received any response since then, which is frustrating. I would appreciate if at least one of my profiles could be recovered. Every time I try to create a new account, it gets disabled shortly after, causing annoyance. Despite my attempts to verify my identity as instructed, communication has been lacking. I'm disappointed that even after a staff member said they would reopen one of my disabled accounts, nothing has been done yet. I hope the customer service team can prioritize verifying accounts to prevent unauthorized access. I am dealing with inconvenience as I can't use my phone number or email due to these issues. I attempted to change the name of Railside Architecturals and Antiques to "The Railside Building" but it has been pending for some time. This might be due to creating a Facebook page with the same name using my personal email. I would like the current "The Railside Building" page deleted before renaming the existing "Railside Architecturals and Antiques" page to "The Railside Building."

Upon waking up around noon on May 16th, I discovered that I could no longer access my account. The day before, I had been resolving some issues with an ex-partner in an effort to move on and prioritize my well-being. My mother mentioned that she messaged me around 10:30, which seemed to go through, but when I checked later, my account had been disabled, hacked, and deemed ineligible. I have already submitted my government ID to confirm my identity, but Facebook has yet to restore my account. I am reaching out here in hopes that someone can assist me in regaining access, as many of my family and friends solely communicate with me through that platform, and I am unable to retrieve my cherished memories and photos.

I've been unable to access my account for over a week now. Despite numerous emails, I have not received a response. When I attempt to log in, a prompt to secure my account appears, asking for a phone number. I do not have a phone number to provide and when I tried using both a friend's and my Dad's number, it was rejected as invalid. Although I was able to input my TextNow app number, I never received the verification code. Previously, there was an option to secure the account via email. I'm frustrated by these changes and hope for a resolution soon.

Hello, I am Ritish Kumar Singh, the Admin of the Facebook page called TROLL IPL. Recently, one of our admins mistakenly posted copyrighted content on our page resulting in a 7-day temporary ban. We acknowledge the error made and have already removed the admin responsible for the post. We are taking this matter seriously and ensuring it won't happen again. I sincerely apologize for the mistake and kindly request the lifting of the ban on our page to post pictures. Our page centers around the IPL (Indian Premier League), which will end on May 27. Losing 7 out of the remaining 11 days due to the ban is concerning. I urge you to grant us a second chance as we value Facebook's community standards and the opportunity to continue our work.

I need help regarding a situation on Facebook. The "Blair County Coalition for Positive Change" falsely labeled me, Peter S., as terrible things and even used my personal photo without consent. This all stemmed from Kylie Anne G. instigating these lies and now she's a wanted fugitive in Blair County. Though the claims were proven false, they persist in harassing me. I plan to take legal action after dealing with Kylie. My attorney has contacted the administrators, Chris I. and Harry M., and Facebook removed the defamatory posts. They even shared sensitive information about my family publicly. Please visit their profiles "P. Shrek" on Blair County Anonymous; it's unacceptable. I urge everyone to report any reposts to maintain safety. I am anxious to return to the platform. Thank you.
