I always follow directions to the letter, and yet I never was able to get back into my account. They kept asking me for new p***words and giving me new codes.
There is no person to communicate with. The response to someone whose account is suspended is to make him*her come up with a new p***word and to be given a new code. Yet there seems to be a time gap after that procedure when the customer is still in limbo and can't return to their account.
