we need to reset PIN for my wife and me to unfreeze our account. Web site does not allow us to reset. Cannot unfreeze by phone because there is not a function to do it. Need to talk to a person. I have spent * days trying to resolve this issue. We are running out of time to apply for a reduction in our interest payment on our equity line so I do not have time to wait for us mail process. I think hackers have an easier time getting into my account than I do! Please help. Mario and Sharon Alosco
