Add utilities, phone, and cable billing info to my Experian BOOST account ... I am trying to add my billing information for my phone, utilities, and cable companies to my Experian Boost account and am unable to do so. I have been trying for several days to get a LIVE person on the line to help me. All I get is an automated system that does not address my issue. Is it possible to talk with a live person?
I have been trying to do this for WEEKS, to no avail. It is my opinion that you have an inadequate customer service. On a scale of * to ** (** being exceptional) I give your customer support a *!!
