Esperian never did contact me re: this issue but they sent me about * emails asking if my issue was solved and asked for my phone number to contact me. They never did. Today I found another email asking me the same question. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM?

Trying to find out why my frozen account gave out information to acquire a new credit card. It never should have happened. ... I froze my account in June **** but my credit alerts show that an inquiry by SYNCB*TJX C O was obtained on June **th. They should not have gotten this information. How did this happen?**THis service is terrible. The keep sending me emails asking if my problem has been fixed. I answer "NO". Then they asked what I did to fix the problem. The answer is still "NO" and I Experian doesn't have customer service to answer my question. **What a terrible company. They approved a new credit card when my account was frozen. *Can't trust them to do their job!
