Yes, I have tried to CANCEL my membership. Of course, it is nearly impossible. I have called * different numbers and have yet to speak to a person. I continually get the same stupid computer voice. I am contacting my credit card to cancel payment from this company. YOU are a bad company as it is impossible to find on the website cancellation* it is impossible to speak to a living human* and you repeatedly ask for caller's SSN before proceeding. I have wasted my lunch hour on this and still have not be able to cancel. WHY? YOU need to call me. I wasted time called every number I could find for you. CALL NOW: ***-***-****
