Cancel my mbership ... I canceled my membership last month for the identity works package that cost ****. This month today I received a charge for ****. I’m not sure why the charge went through and I would like a refund as soon as possible because I put my account into overdraft and charged me an extra $**. I canceled many times thrugh email and phone calls and i still get charged. Now i gt charged an overdraft fee that i have to eat
I want a refund plus compensation for the overdraft fee
I was a customer for * months and paid each month on time
Calling them to no avail
