login to see an alert ... I can't respond to an Experian email alert because the login does not accept what I understand to be my user name and password. I also have a ** digit PIN and a * digit PIN. I had requested a temporary freeze lift and received it to refinance my house. I suppose that is what the alert is about, but I don't know.**I would like for a human being at Experian to explain to me how to respond to the alert that I can't access.
I can't talk to a real human being, can't log in, can't understand why my username and password doesn't work
Having a person call me and explain how to access my alert and to explain whether I have an account or membership, because I don't know.
I don't think I am a customer. Credit reporting agencies collect information on me and determine scores entirely without my permission or assent. All I expected was to be able to login, lift a freeze and reset a freeze.
