I HAVE BEEN CHARGED SINCE June **, **** FOR A CREDIT REPORT THAT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. WHEN I WENT TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FREE. INITALLY I WAS CHARGED A *.** THEN IT WENT TO **.** AND NOW A YEAR LATER I AM BEING CHARGED **.** FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. I EXPECT TO BE REINBURSED THE MONTHLY CHARGE AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO HAVE ACTUAL AGENTS ASSISTING CLIENTS. IT SEEMS RATHER RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH AN INDIVIDUALS CREDIT SCORE. YOU REQUIRE YOUR CLIENTS TO GIVE THEIR SOCIAL AND ADDRESSES BUT CAN'T EVEN HAVE LIVE AGENTS. ONE PHONE CALL TODAY I WAS TOLD I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT???????
