The issue in GetHuman-jfenster's own words
On August *, I reached out to my insurance company to request a rerate on my homeowners policy. I was told they would include a credit check with Experian, so I reached out to the customer service line to unfreeze my report for a month. I was given a confirmation number that my report had been temporarily unfrozen on that call, although I was told that it might take up to three days before the unfreeze was effective. I called my insurance company on August ** to try the rerate. They told me my credit report was still frozen. I called your cusomer service line again this morning, and the automated system told me my credit report was frozen. I tried to unfreeze it again, and was told I had to provide an incredible amount of documentation in order to unfreeze my report. I have verified my identity multiple times, I have the required PIN, and yet, I can't seem to get a human to talk to me, nor does my report become unfrozen. PLEASE HELP!! *Thank you.
