My name is Vicki Drake and I received a letter from Synchrony Bank regarding a recent credit card denial stating that Experian is reporting me as deceased. I have tried to call every number provided for Experian but can't get past the automated recording. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this. I'm not deceased and of the * major credit reporting companies you are the only one reporting this status. Thank you for your immediate attention and response.
