I purchased the Sims game for my mobile on **-**-** using my debit card. On **-**-** I noticed on my bank statement that it said "RECURRING XX**** EA ELECTRONIC ARTS helpeacom CA". What does that mean? I called my bank and they suggested that I call EA because they said it could mean that the payment can be deducted monthly. I bought the game once and of course I Do Not want to buy it again. I want to know what does it mean and I do Not want EA to take any monies out of my banking account. How do I resolve this issue of not wanting EA to take any payments out of my banking account?
