I am trying to register my sims * game on my sims store and sims home page to redeem the $** worth of simspoints. I have had my game for a few years but never registered it before now because I never found anything on the store I wanted to buy until now. My game code doesn't work when I try to register my game. It wasn't a used copy that I bought and the registration key has never been used buy when I try to register my game with the included code it tells me there was an error.
GetHuman-madmahee did not yet indicate what Electronic Arts should do to make this right.
