I bought the Sims * and began to download it on my macOS High Sierra laptop version **.**.*. I downloaded Origin for Mac, created an Origin Account, logged in, clicked 'redeem product code', inputted my The Sims * product code, and next The Sims * was supposed to begin downloading, but it didn't. I tried redeeming the code again and it told me that the code had already been redeemed. How do I finish downloading the game?
