change flight for one pasenger only

we have been billed twice for one transaction on board plane

I can’t understand how much luggage I have for my booking

The allowable luggage for your Easyjet booking depends on what you've selected during your booking process. Generally, every passenger can bring one small cabin bag onboard for free. The maximum size of this bag must be 45 x 36 x 20 cm, including handles and wheels. If you’ve booked an Up front or Extra legroom seat, you can bring an additional large cabin bag with a maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25 cm. If you'd like to check luggage into the hold, you need to purchase a bag allowance, which is not included in standard fares. Each passenger can purchase up to three hold bags. A standard hold bag is up to 23 kg. Overweight charges apply if exceeding this.
