I booked * hold bag and when I went to check in the web site asked if I wanted to add a hold bag and indicated that I did not have a hold bag so I indicated I wanted * hold bag. When I paid and looked at the receipt, I noticed that I paid for a second hold bag. I DO NOT WANT * HOLD BAGS, I ONLY NEED * HOLD BAG. sorry about the capitals. Before I paid, no where did the web site indicate that I had * HOLD BAGS so it was after I paid I found out about the extra bag.
