GET A REFUND ... I bought an item in flight on * November ****-EZY****.*It was faulty.*When I returned to the UK I contacted Customer Services who advised me to return the item for a refund. they would also refund the return postage.*This I did on ** November ****.*Since then I have phoned and emailed regarding the whereabouts of my refund, but nobody seems to want to reply to me or process the promised refunds.*I have two reference numbers:-********** and *********.*Mrs Beverley Holmwood
