Today,I tried to make a reservation on your website, but the procedure didn't go well. I tried a second time and the reservation took place, in fact, I have a reservation confirmation EVZ**HK *On my credit card, however, I was charged with the price of the ticket twice. How I might proceed to get the money back of one ticket? **Thank you
