I have sent all transaction * , emails, and was told all was being forwarded to someone who specializes in this refund but have heard nothing. I should have been refunded immediately. When I tried to renew Plus the Business pop up window charged me $***. I cancelled immediately. I have sent all records. I now have to file Dispute with my bank and consult attorney. The fact I have heard nothing...no word...no assurance... is inexcusable. Please advise. Thank you...Karen sorensen
