The single sign-on feature lets you access Dropbox using the company's sign-in page. When this is turned on, contact your administrator at work as each company has its own requirements for their employees.

Ask your admin if password control is also enabled. If yes, you'll need to reset your password so you can log back in to Dropbox.

If you see an error message when signing in, your administrator must have suspended your account. It's best to contact your IT or system admin on how to regain access to your Dropbox account. The administrator can also remove team members. if this is the case, contact your Admin. For other issues with Dropbox, please get in touch with Customer Support.

Conclusion

When Dropbox detects suspicious sign-in attempts to your account, such as typing in an incorrect password numerous times, Dropbox will send a one-time security code to your email address. You'll need this code to be able to complete your sign-in with Dropbox. If you didn't log in to your Dropbox account and you got a one-time security code, someone else might be trying to gain access to your account. Check the email and follow the instructions on what to do when there are suspicious log-ins to your account. If you have other questions, please contact Customer Support.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Dropbox Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
