I have been trying to log in onto the app for several days now. I have been talking to the live chat people who say my account is still active. All I get is a screen that states my activation kit is being prepared. But I have been driving for them over a week now.**I have not had any delivery problems. I just dont get it. I have been emailing support non stop. No response other than the usual, you will hear back from us....

GetHuman-rikhelfe did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-rikhelfe fixed the problem
The app was updated and I was able to log back in. There was no explanation given from doordash. I am happy to be dashing again.
