Hello I just have noticed that my rating has dropped drastically and I’m wondering why? I always make sure to double check the orders. I was at *.** then it dropped to *.** why did it drop so low after * deliveries I am always nice to the customers and try to fast as possible. I would like my rating fixed back to what is was was I feel that I should not have been rated poorly for something I did not do
