I ordered the carbonara and while I’ve had it from this restaurant before, the quality was beyond dismal. Not sure how they prepared it, however my food arrived cold, with dry noodles stuck together. Beyond disappointed for the higher price point of the item and now the pasta is no longer edible. I barely ate my food! Would appreciate a full or partial refund to my visa as the condition it arrived in was completely unacceptable.
GetHuman-karlifah did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
